FOREIGN BROWZ is building a team of artists who value precision, growth, and client experience at a high level.

We are looking for an individual who is coachable, reliable, and serious about developing their craft within a structured, elevated environment.

This position is centered around brow services and is ideal for someone passionate about creating beautiful brow transformations. While the primary focus will be brows, additional experience in lash lifts or lash extensions is a plus but is not required.

This is a 12-month, part-time, commission-based position designed for individuals committed to growth.

Active Esthetician License in good standing required for this role. The selected artist will receive ongoing mentorship, and development throughout the duration of the role.

All services performed within this role are done under the FOREIGN BROWZ brand and within the FOREIGN BROWZ studio location only, maintaining a consistent standard, experience, and level of professionalism across all clients.

Compensation is performance-based, with opportunity for increased commission over time.

• provide services in alignment with FOREIGN BROWZ standards that include, but not limited to, laminations, tints and threading and/or waxing 
• deliver a high-level, consistent client experience
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper setup/breakdown of workspace
• follow all booking, communication, and client management procedures
• represent the FOREIGN BROWZ brand professionally, in person and online
• participate in ongoing training and apply feedback consistently
• maintain reliability with scheduled appointments and availability

• Weekend availability required
• Evening availability is a plus
